Transparent Windows is a great program for artists!  It allows you to "see through" one window
so that the image beneath it can be traced (or read, etc.)  Click HERE for more info.

TALK IT!  A small and VERY kewl program that allows you to type ANYTHING into it, and have it
read it back to you!  Change the pitch and speed of the voice for bizarre variations.  GREAT FUN!
