(AKA "BaMMeR")

I have always been fascinated in photography as an art form, but have never had the chance to actually "play" with it.  So when my good friend Brad Bourget recently got a "kick ass camera", I was more than happy to help him "x"periment with some lighting and shutter speed photos.  We have now gotten together a couple of times to see what can be done, and both of us were quite amazed at the results of these get togethers.  I should note here that neither of us intended to actually display these photos, so they are NOT of the highest quality, but I'm sure you will agree that they are more than just interesting, and have a bizarre and trippy effect.  I have decided to document them here to show our "early" attempts, as I'm quite sure Brad and I will be making more of these photos, and the neXt ones displayed will be MUCH better!       - X -

Most of the following photographs were made with an 8 second shutter speed.
(In photography, shutter speed is the common term for exposure time, the length of time a shutter is open.
The total exposure is proportional to this exposure time, or duration of light reaching the image sensor.)
